Verificar Contador de Intentos de Liberacion/Alcatel
Se pueden verificar los intentos, Ingresando una sim de diferente operador, ahi se muestran los intentos restantes (ejemplo: 1 de 10)
Formato del codigo de Liberacion
Terminología:
-NCK = Código de desbloqueo (Todos los Dispositivos)
-SPCK = Código para Proveedor de servicio. (dispositivos de la compañia Metro PCS)
Proceso de Liberacion
1. Encienda el terminal con una tarjeta SIM de un operador distinto.
2. automaticamente nos pedidra que ingresemos el codigo de liberacion (NCK)
3. aqui debe introducir el código de liberación.
4. pulsamos en "DESBLOQUEAR"
5. Aparece "solicitando desbloqueo de red" y el móvil Alcatel quedará liberado.
Metodo #2 "Si el movil no le pide codigo
1. Encienda el terminal sin ninguna tarjeta SIM.
2. Marcar *#0000*CODIGO_DE_LIBERACIÓN#
3. Luego marcar *#0001*CODIGO_DE_LIBERACIÓN#
Metodo #3 Alcatel Elle y 535
1. Encienda el terminal con una sim del mismo operador
2. Introducir esta secuencia ###765*08#, y ahora nos dejara ingresar el codigo de red (NCK)
Metodo #4 Alcatel 531 / 535 por codigo
1. Encienda el terminal sin ninguna tarjeta SIM.
2 Presione * y sin soltar marque 787292
3. Aparecera un nuevo Menu y en el dira "UNLOCK NETWORK" / "DSBLOQUEO DE RED"
4.Presionamos en YES e INtroducimos el codigo de liberacion
NOTA IMPORTANTE:
Si le aparece el mensaje de "error de codigo", "codigo erroneo" o similar contáctenos y revise el imei y el id provider de nuevo. Por ejemplo es comun confudir la V con la U
