CLARIFICATION:

It is mandatory to check before making your order if the equipment applies for unlocking. If your phone has "server not responding please try later". If the TELEPHONE shows this then you can try to fix this error by making a hardreset to your phone, or update your firmware. Again Make sure your phone can communicate with "Device Unlock APP" "Device Unlock App" BEFORE ORDERING.
BEFORE ORDERING DO THE FOLLOWING:
- Give Wifi to cel
-Open the Device Unlock application
-Click on Permanent Unlock
-If you leave "Unlock Failed: This mobile device is not eligible for unlock."
It is mandatory with "MetroPCS Device Unlock App" to check before making your order that your phone "is eligible for unlocking"
If on the other hand you have the error "Server does not respond" this means that your phone is not yet able to communicate with MetroPCS Server (communication error) If you leave another MESSAGE, please do not place the order !!!, since there are no refunds ...
TIPS FOR SOLVING THIS ERROR:
Before placing your order you must fix this problem before placing the order, as we do not accept complaint / request for refund on this specific error.
However we do have some tips to get rid of this error:
1 - Make sure you use the original file, MetroPCS ROM as it will not work if you flash your phone with any custom firmware from MetroPCS, CyanogenMod, or even any other ROM.
2 - However make sure you are using the latest version of MetroPCS OR T-Mobile firmware for your cell phone.
3 - Lastly (after the upgrade) perform a full reset on your cell phone (you will find Hard Reset method at: http://www.hardreset.info or check it on YouTube).
4 - Turn off 3G / LTE and force the use of a local WiFi hotspot.
5 - Be sure to use Wifi at home (not a public WiFi / company as they could use firewall, VPN, etc ... that communication will problems)
6- Make sure that the equipment has more than 2 months of use in the company since otherwise there will be no refund.
If none of these recommendations work for you, then we have no solution and do not send your unlock request.

Unlock Device is an Android application that allows you to request and apply a Unlock Mobile Device MetroPCS directly from the device. The features of this application include the ability to remotely request unlocking of mobile devices without having to contact attention to the Client and automatically apply the unlocking of mobile devices to the device without the use of a manual code
Thanks to this application, you are now able to register any IMEI as "eligible" in the MetroPCS database so you can unlock your cell phone using the "Device Unlock" App. The waiting time for delivery is less than 2 business days. All you need is an Android device that supports the unlock application of the mobile device:
- LG León 4G LTE (MS345),
- LG G Stylo (MS631),
- Kyocera Hydro Elite (C6740).
Once the unlock request is processed, the client has to:

- Make sure you have an active data connection via 3G / 4G / LTE or Wi-Fi.
- In the application list, touch Unlock Device. (Note: The application can be located in the MetroPCS folder.)
- Click Continue.
- Choose the type of permanent release:
- If successful, reset the device to apply the settings

Note: If you do not restart the device, you will have a persistent alert in the notification tray.
WARNING: It is very important to mention that the client has to have data when trying to unlock, either 3G, 4G or Wi-Fi, but the data on the phone. If no unlock data will be unsuccessful, once a device has been whitelisted we will not be responsible for failed unlocks. If the client has changed the original software or IMEI we will not be responsible for the application will not work (Do not install custom firmware like Avatar or Cyanogen before unlocking the phone). If the client can not find the application on your phone that can easily go to the applications and make it visible but a Hard Reset will always bring the application back to the phone.
